Refusing to be Afraid of the Dark

Gonna Be Worth It
No matter what circumstances you find yourself in remember that if you are God's child He is working all things together for your good. It is "Gonna Be Worth It" when all is said and done.

  1. One of the things that really impacted me from this chapter was the statement: "There is the darkness we experience when we make selfish demands that satisfy our flesh at the expense of others." Whew, that just rang my bell!

  2. Melinda, first thank you for taking the time to do this. I signed on tonight and cried reading through this. The last few nights have been nightmare-filled, leaving me awake most of the night. It is frustrating to go through a period of spiritual victory and then hit a spot where I am emotionally drained and physically too tired to keep the peace God gives. I hate 'darkness'; it is depressing. Your notes on this chapter reminded me I am not alone in spiritual struggles and that it is my responsibility to 'reach out' to God. Thank you.

  3. Kristy, you are so welcome. It is mine and Terri's prayer that this will minister to many who may not be able to attend the class but are going through a tough time right now. Just hold on and remember God is with you.
I give God all the glory for those who may be blessed as a result of this study. He is so awesome and I consider it a priveledge to know and serve Him.
